The Progressive Grooves face design of the ZX Mk II Iron set, features wider grooves in long- and mid-irons and deeper, closer grooves in the short irons and wedges. This gives you improved launch and distance on approach while adding spin and stopping power on scoring shots near and around the green.


Srixon’s A.I.-designed MainFrame has grooves, channels and cavities milled into the back of the face to increase ball speed across the hitting zone. So even when you stray off-centre at impact, you aren’t straying into the rough or short of the green.


The interaction of your iron’s sole with the turf affects how cleanly you strike the ball. All models of the ZX Mk II Iron have a V-shaped Tour V.T. Sole that helps you glide through the turf, even if you strike slightly behind the ball.
